AI tools may be used to support research or drafting, but the final article must be written, reviewed, and refined by a human. The content should feel natural, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful to readers.
We expect:

  • Well-structured and carefully edited content
  • No copy-paste AI output or generic phrasing

Submissions that appear automated, repetitive, or lack human editing will not be accepted.

SEO and Linking

To maintain the quality of our blog and support search visibility, we follow a few simple SEO rules:

  • Use a clear heading structure with one H1 and logical H2/H3 sections
  • Include the primary keyword naturally in the title and introduction
  • Add at least two internal links to relevant FreeConvert tools or articles
  • Avoid keyword stuffing
  • External links are limited to 1 relevant source.

Images and Visuals

Guest contributors must provide:
