Samsung Raw (SRW) is the default raw image format taken by a Samsung digital camera. Professional photographers use raw files because they can control how the image file is processed, which is a major advantage and benefit of working with the SRW file type.
On both Microsoft Windows (Windows) and macOS, the default program for opening RWL is Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. On Windows, additional options for opening SRW include Microsoft Camera Codec Pack and Adobe Photoshop. On macOS, use Adobe Photoshop for Mac. On Linux/Unix, try darktable.
Alternative viewers to try are Zoner Photo Studio and ArcSoft PhotoStudio, which are compatible with Windows. PhotoScape X for Mac is a viewer that works on macOS.

OpenDocument Drawing (ODD) is a graphics document from the OpenDocument family, the open standard used by LibreOffice and Apache OpenOffice. The file is a ZIP package containing XML that describes shapes, lines, text boxes, and any embedded bitmaps, so the artwork stays editable and scales without losing quality. Note that the standard extension for OpenDocument drawings is .odg, and .odd files are usually the same kind of drawing document.
The natural application is LibreOffice Draw, which reads the whole OpenDocument family. Apache OpenOffice Draw works equally well.
If the file will not load, try renaming it to .odg first — that is the extension LibreOffice expects for a drawing. Other options include Inkscape, which imports OpenDocument drawings, and Google Drive, which can preview many OpenDocument files in the browser. To share the drawing with someone who has no office suite, convert it to PDF or PNG. You can also convert the file with our ODD to PDF tool.
